3502 Celinda Dr – Front Yard Landscape Project – Aug 2014

Objectives

  1. Remove 30-40% of the grass (already done)
  2. Remove 4 oleanders from north side
  3. Remove overgrown Chinese tea bush in north front planter
  4. Remove white birch tree stump in north front planter
  5. Remove overgrown mock orange in north front planter
  6. Reposition bricks in north front planter at sidewalk to allow room for palms
  7. Remove north back planter bricks, expanding the border area
  8. Replace mock orange with stand of 2-3 pindo palms
  9. Replace oleanders with 3 additional magnolias
  10. Add large boulders strategically in new borders
  11. Plant low-water & accent plants throughout the new borders
  12. Extend north & south drip lines throughout new borders

Measurements

  1. South front border: 37′ x 6.5′ (avg)
  2. North front border: 25′ x 6.5′ (avg)
  3. North side border: 91′ x 5-7′
  4. North back border: 23′ x 10′
